This is a comprehensive one-to-one professional assessment of the issues and concerns as you consider counselling as a path forward to personal change. We will discuss many aspects of your life, past and present together in complete confidence. This will form the structure for your personal therapeutic requirement going forward. At the end of your session we will discuss the best approach and options for you going forward.
